Berry Capital Solutions does not have any minimum credit score requirements. The property is used to back the loan and ultimately qualifies you for the approval you are looking for. Regardless of your credit score, we have funding solutions available for all.

Quick Closings

Berry Capital Solutions Loan Officers are committed to closing all loans in an expedient manner. It takes about 14 days to close after we receive all required documentation but receiving all documentation can take three to four weeks. Aim for 30 days whenever you can.
